Regional Sales Manager

Interscience is seeking a self motivated Regional Sales Manager, based in our Woburn office, with a strong work ethic. Must possess highly effective communication skills to establish and maintain relationships with current and potential customers.

Key responsibilities:
• Manage existing customer database
• Grow new business by attending trade shows and seminars, emailing and campaigning
• Cold calling and establishing new accounts
• Visit current and potential customers
• Demonstrate products to end users and distributors
• Train distributor sales teams on product line in person and via webinars
• Provide proposals to potential end users and distributors and follow up to close the sale

• BS/BA required, degree in Science/business related field preferred
• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience required
• Experience in lab / microbiology sales a plus
• Organized with strong communication and skills
• Ability to work independently while being a team player
• Willing and able to travel overnight to customer locations within the US
• Computer proficiency in MS Office, computer savvy
• Valid driver’s license

As part of expansion plan in South East Asia, interscience is looking for a
Sales Development VIE based in Singapore.

Your missions
You will work closely with the Head of Sales based in Singapore, achieving financial growth across the region by :
• Management of the existing distribution network by effective communication and implementation of the business strategy defined by the company
• Creation of new business opportunities by analysing the market and its players and bidirectional communication with the Head of Sales
• Providing support in customers visits, products presentation and on-site demonstrations together with local partners
• Participation in local exhibitions and seminars
After an intensive training, you will rapidly prospect on the South-East Asian region. Frequent travels are expected in Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and Philippines.

Your profile
• Bachelor’s degree
• English language is a must, Mandarin, Malay, Indonesian or French will be a plus

We offer an attractive compensation package including base salary, health insurance and commission based on sales performances.
